An inner sense of ease and peace can be found by accepting all the sides of ourselves, and the natural rhythms of change that flow through our diverse, harmonious planet. But when we live within systems rooted in a binary, “us versus them” worldview, when one side is often considered “less than”, embracing changes within us, and differences among us, doesn’t come easily. Even if we know that change is inevitable, and differences are vital.

Navigating this challenging world and our place in it can easily shift us out of balance, creating stress, discomfort, and contributing to chronic pain.

I have found that by turning our attention toward our bodies’ current state, and making room for energies to naturally balance within us, we can find relief in the body, more easily access compassion as we navigate life’s trials, and gain clarity on how we want to show up for ourselves, our loved ones, and our global community in a world filled with suffering.

Through compassionate touch, guided meditation, breathwork, and Thai Bodywork techniques to release the fascia, stiff muscles, and bottled up tension, I offer a safe space for your body and mind to release, rest, and receive. Because you truly deserve it; we all do. And let’s be real, this uncertain, chaotic world we are navigating needs us all at our best. Let’s help each other bend, so we don’t snap.
